Social distancing, or physical distancing, is a set of non-pharmaceutical interventions or measures taken to prevent the spread of a contagious disease like #covid_19 by maintaining a physical distance between people and reducing the number of times people come into close physical contact with each other.  Social distancing is is easy to take if we put the emphasis on the physical part of isolation reminding that we always can connect with others by being physically away or restricted.
