I am a mature female artist, who uses photography, yarn, and anything that solves the visual challenges I face. During Covid -19 isolation, I have had time to look back at a long carreer in the visual arts, and continue to create new works, while valueing my 50 year output.

Title "Grave New World". This is an image recovered from an original chrome, taken years before we could even guess that we would be confined and isolated away from our friends and family, due to a global pandemic. ...yet it speaks to the depression and desolation felt by many.
Title: "Broadcast Blahs", These photographs, taken off the TV, and digitally enhanced, are mounted on voice frames. When you press a button on the frame, you hear a recorded voice, Viewer control allows a " row, row, row your boat" overlapped cacophony of gibberish, by pressing the buttons in rapid succsession. The voices say "blah blah blah".
Title: "Occupy" , Women are largely driving protest movements, from pink hat parades, to Black Lives Matter.
An experiment using nail polish on a photo to incorporate other media with photography, in a series of nudes.
Title: "Self Image" This was taken while I was on a self imposed assignment o participate in a women's photography show in London, WOMEN ( by women).
